Watch: Blowing smoke and taking aim at cannabis law on 4-20

Despite cold and drizzle, the first 4-20 Weed Day demonstration on Parliament Hill since Canada legalized recreational marijuana went ahead on Saturday. Under ponchos and umbrellas, cannabis users smoked and vented some frustrations about the Canadian cannabis law. Hypocrisy and access to “product” were among the subjects raised by one participant.
